“Let’s colour our world with sunshine, smiles and the joyful glow of orange!” 🧡

Orange Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Aditya English Medium School.

The teachers introduced students to the colour orange and demonstrated how orange is made by mixing red and yellow. Students enjoyed observing the colour and identifying different orange-coloured objects around them.
Students participated in speech activities, where they spoke a few simple lines about the colour orange and the objects associated with it. This helped them build confidence, improve their speaking skills, and enhance their vocabulary.
The celebration also included fun worksheets, rhymes, and art and craft activities based on the orange theme. Students created colourful orange-themed crafts, which encouraged creativity and strengthened their fine motor skills.
The day was filled with learning, creativity, confidence and lots of smiles, making Orange Day a bright and memorable experience for our little learners! 🧡

Nag Panchami was celebrated with great enthusiasm at Aditya English Medium School. A special assembly was conducted to help students understand the significance of this traditional festival.
The teachers shared interesting information about Nag Panchami, including the myths and stories associated with the festival, the facts related to snakes, and the spiritual reason behind its celebration. Students learnt about the importance of respecting nature and all living creatures. They were also encouraged to understand that snakes play an important role in maintaining the balance of the ecosystem.
The assembly was made interactive and informative, helping children connect our cultural traditions with values such as respect for nature, compassion and gratitude. To reinforce their learning, a fun and engaging worksheet based on Nag Panchami was also conducted.
The celebration was a wonderful blend of culture, awareness and learning, making the festival meaningful and enjoyable for our young learners.

Educational Tour to Dr. Balasaheb Deoras Aviation Gallery

“The sky is not the limit, it is just the beginning.”

Aditya English Medium School organized an educational tour to Dr. Balasaheb Deoras Aviation Gallery for students of Classes 6 and 7 to provide them with insightful exposure to the world of aviation.

During the session, students learned about the fundamentals of the aviation sector, including how aeroplanes work, and were introduced to the wide range of career options available in aviation beyond the commonly known roles of pilot and air hostess. Mr. Chinmaya Shankar and Mr. Sujit Shankar patiently explained every aspect of the aviation industry, encouraging students to ask questions and explore the subject in depth. The students were accompanied by their class teachers along with the sports teachers, Mr. Sachin and Mrs. Shweta.

The visit inspired students to think beyond conventional career choices and helped them appreciate the vast opportunities the aviation industry has to offer. It broadened their perspective and encouraged them to dream bigger about their future.

We express our sincere gratitude to the management of Aditya English Medium School, Baner, and to Mr. Chinmaya Shankar and Mr. Sujit Shankar for making this an enriching and memorable learning experience for our students.

Overall, the visit to Dr. Balasaheb Deoras Aviation Gallery was an inspiring and knowledge-filled experience. It motivated students to pursue their dreams with greater confidence and enthusiasm.

“Little hands, big responsibilities, proud Indian hearts!” ❤️🤍💚
Independence Day was celebrated with great joy, enthusiasm, and patriotic spirit at Aditya English Medium School. The school premises were beautifully decorated in the colours of the Indian tricolour, creating a vibrant atmosphere filled with pride and love for our nation.
The Pre-Primary section participated in various fun and meaningful activities based on India, our national symbols, and our rich heritage. The Senior KG students took part in a special Show and Tell Activity – “Monuments of India, Pride of Our Nation.” Each child presented a craft/model of an assigned Indian monument and spoke a few simple lines about it. The activity helped children learn about India's glorious heritage while building their confidence and communication skills.
The Junior KG students participated in a Show and Tell Activity on National Symbols. They enthusiastically presented their beautiful crafts related to our national symbols and spoke about them.
