Keeping in mind the dynamic work-place scenario, IndSearch has been continuously upgrading the curriculum, to include the contemporary trends in industry in-tune with international standards. This has enabled collaboration with University of Wisconsin-Parkside (UW-P), USA a premier comprehensive public institution. UW-P and IndSearch have a memorandum of understanding for student and faculty exchange. On the basis of IndSearch curriculum, the MBA-IT graduates from IndSearch are eligible to avail of exemptions to the extent of 18 credit courses at UW-P for the MS in Computer and Information Systems, which enables them to complete the course in One year instead of Two years. Such students are waived from the GRE/ GMAT and TOEFL examinations, they are also offered scholarships. Similar exemption is also available to the MBA-HR/Marketing graduates for pursuing the MBA programme at UW-P. IndSearch Career Development Cell, works towards grooming students to become dynamic, competent, socially conscious and ethical professionals. This overall development begins right from day one of the studentβs life at IndSearch, which includes inputs in areas of core-competency, industry-preparedness and overall personality development. In recognition of consistent high academic standards, IndSearch has been conferred the Autonomus status by the University Grants Commission, New Delhi as well as the University of Pune in concurrence with Government of Maharashtra. Degrees and Diplomas for all the courses offered by IndSearch are affiliated and awarded by the University of Pune.
