Have you calculated how much money have you lost by WAITING and not taking any action for your growth ?
Most of the job seekers I meet are waiting for the right opportunity.They wait for some free training to happen, some free job fair to happen, some thing to happen so that they will get an opportunity.
Lets do quick math :
Scenario 1.
1. If you are placed you salary as a fresher is minimum 20k, if in MNC is much more but lets take the minimal salary for a entry level salesforce professional.
2. You work for next six months and will recieve aroung 1.2 lakh rupees and the professional experience is the value addition.
Scenario 2.
1. You dont get trained and go to Bangalore and spent 10k atleast for your living and search job opportunities.
2. You struggle for 6 months and then you realize you need professional training as your skills are not good compared to the current market.
3. You join a class which will teach you technical stuff, and another class which will teach you interview and personality development skills, costing you aroung 30k.
4. So, in first 6-7 months instead of gaining 1.2 lakhs you spent about 1 lakh rupees without even having a job or professional experience.
Scenario 3.
1. You are a developer ( not in salesforce ) and earning about 3-4 lakhs a year with an experience of 3 years and you wanted to become a salesforce consultant.
2. You try all the sources of learning and start giving interviews.You are not able to clear them because of lakh of hands on experience.
3. Instead you do a 1 month training which will help you to practice, market yourself and prepare for interviews.Money and time saved.
4. You get a mentor who will help you to get into MNCs with employee referrals.Wow.
