SPOTLIGHT KARAOKE
Spotlight Karaoke was held on 1st March,2019. It was a non-competitive event.
The event provided an opportunity for every hidden mellow voice and every loud one to get together and have some fun.
Participants could sing a song either in a group or solo.

GYRUS
This event was held on 28th February, 2019. It was a competitive, fun-filled, team event which included four rounds:
0. Turncoat(Extempore round)
0. Puzzles solving /Anagram
0. Impromptu Poetry
0. Complete the comic strip
The rounds tested the spontaneity and creativity of the participants.
Students from all semesters participated enthusiastically in the event.

DRAMA DAY
The Drama Department conducted Drama Day, a non-competitive event, on the 28th of February,2019.
Participating students put up an array of entertaining performances.
It was a fun-filled, entertaining and engaging event for the students of all batches

ANUKARA
The intra-college dance event, ANUKARA was held on 27th February,2019. It consisted of Solo,Duet and Group dance competitions. Students from all Semesters participated enthusiastically and showcased various dance forms like classical, hip-hop and bollywood. The event was well received by the audience and saw people present in large numbers to support their participating friends. The final round of this event was held on the day of Synapse.

SYNCYTIA:
PARTICULARISE, SYNERGISE, EPITOMISE!
An event presented by the Debate Department, SYNCYTIA was held on the 27th of February,2019.
Topic- Basic Life Support: the ray of hope in medical catastrophe.

Winners- Abrar Anwar, Srishti Mohapatra, Viraj Misra, Anushka Ghosal & Shubhangi Anand.

1st Runners Up-Ipsita Singh, Gauri Power, Khushboo Jha & Sarvagya Verma

2nd Runners Up- Saumya Verma,Tushar Kinjalk, Tejaswi Sh*tole, Palak Ahuja & Rishabh Nema.

The Annual Faculty Debate held on 26th February, 2019. The topic of the debate was-"Pro-life vs Pro-choice: standpoint of society."
Faculty members of various departments participated enthusiastically in the debate. Winners:

Best Interjector- Dr. Amitabh Banerjee
2nd Runner Up- Dr. P. Jog

TAMAASHA
An event presented by the Drama Department,Tamaasha was held on the 26th of February, 2019. It involved 4 fun-filled rounds which tested the participants’ creativity and spontaneity. The rounds included a Dumb Charades round,Build a Story and a Bollywood round.

TEMPORAL SYMPHONY

Temporal Symphony took place on 25th February, 2019. Students from various semesters participated in the
solo and group competitions with great zeal making the evening one which was filled with music and melodies. The final round was held on the day of Synapse where the winners were decided.

ANNUAL STUDENTS’ DEBATE
REPROACH-The Annual Students’ Debate took place on 25th February,2019.
The topic of the debate was-“Denigration of medical fraternity on social media platforms: A decoy or the portrayal of reality?”

Students from all semesters participated with great zeal and enthusiasm and in large numbers. Participants put their best foot forward and showcased their artistic skills.
Day 1:
Competitions-Sketching, T-shirt Painting and Rags to Riches-Mystery Box Challenge.
Day 2:
Competitions-Kite designing amd pot painting.
Day 3:
Competitions- Comic designing, Paper weight painting, Rangoli
Day 4:
Competitions- Magazine Cover Designing, Face Painting
There was a Showcase on 29th February where in all the artwork of the participants were displayed.
