3 मई को होने जा रही नीट यूजी 2026 से पहले सरकार ने बड़ा फैसला लिया है। नेशनल मेडिकल कमिशन ( NMC ) ने देश के सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों को जरूर निर्देश दिया है। एनएमसी ने सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों से कहा है कि वे नीट एग्जाम से पहले किसी भी मेडिकल स्टूडेंट को 2 और 3 मई 2026 को छुट्टी नहीं देंगे। यानी अगर कोई मेडिकल स्टूडेंट इन दो दिनों में छुट्टी प्लान कर रहा है या पहले से छुट्टी अप्रूव है तो उनकी छुट्टी रद्द कर दी जाएगी। NMC ने सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों से नीट एग्जाम से पहले मेडिकल स्टूडेंट्स को छुट्टी न देने के लिए कहा है। आयोग ने कॉलेजों के नाम एक नोटिस जारी किया है। नोटिस में सभी मेडिकल कॉलेजों को यह सलाह दी जाए कि वे 2 मई और 3 मई 2026 को छात्रों को छुट्टी न दें। हालांकि इमरजेंसी या बहुत जरूरी मामले में छूट दी जा सकती है।

अनिवार्य रूप से अंग्रेजी माध्यम और NMC-INDIA के कुल मेडिकल विषयों की पढ़ाई कम से कम 54 महीनों की होने की अनिवार्यता वाले नियम के तहत तथाकथित सस्ते ,मुख्यतः नये नये विदेशी प्राइवेट मेडिकल कॉलेज में पढ़ने ना जायें , क्यों कि इनके अपने पूर्ण सुसज्जित कम से कम 300+ बैड़ के अस्पताल जिनमें MBBS-MD Teaching & Clinical Training और Internship के लिये कुल "28 विशेषज्ञता विभाग" और IPD is not available.

📌 भारत में चिकित्सा अभ्यास करने के लिए "स्थायी लाइसेंस प्राप्त करने और स्नातकोत्तर पाठ्यक्रमों में प्रवेश पाने के लिए विदेशी चिकित्सा स्नातकों (FMGs) के लिए FMG अनिवार्य परीक्षा है लिखित परीक्षा minimum 50% अंकों के साथ पास कर लेने के बाद।"

So Beware of Foreign Private Medical Colleges who are not having proper curriculum showing minimum 300 ECTS (MBBS) to 360 ECTS (MD) Score.
And Not Having Own or Affiliated Hospital of minimum 300+ beds including following IPD & OPD Departments and Non Clinical teaching departments as per National Medical Commission (NMC) regulations for a medical college , each foreign medical college must have departments and curriculum as per NMC Guidelines:
• General Medicine
• General Surgery
• Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Paediatrics
• Orthopaedics
• Ophthalmology (Eye)
• Oto-rhino-laryngology (ENT)
• Dermatology, Venereology and Leprosy
• Psychiatry
• Tuberculosis and Respiratory Diseases
• Emergency Medicine
• Radio-diagnosis (Radiology)
• Radiotherapy
• Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
• Anesthesiology
• Dentistry
• Pathology (including Blood Bank)
Microbiology
• Pharmacology
• Forensic Medicine including Toxicology
• Community Medicine

➡️ Bed Strength: The hospital must typically have at least 220-330+ beds to be considered a teaching hospital.

➡️ Specialized Units: Mandatory ICUs, including Medical ICU, Surgical ICU, Paediatric ICU, and Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU).

➡️ Support Services: A functioning Pharmacy, Central Sterilization Unit (CSSD), and a Central Laboratory are required.
➡️ Operation Theatre (OT): Modern, equipped operating theaters are necessary for training.
Anti-Retroviral Treatment (ART) Centre: Required to meet minimum standards for MBBS-MD degrees.

Key Requirements for Foreign Medical Colleges and Their Hospitals :

✅ Minimum Duration: The course must span at least 54 months (4.5 years) in a single institution, followed by a 12-month mandatory internship in the same institution.

✅ Language: Instruction must be in English.

🔴 Clinical Training: The hospital must provide in-person clinical training. Online or distance learning for clinical/practical training is not recognized.

⚠️ License to Practice: The degree must allow the student to practice in the country where the degree is awarded, at par with citizens of that country .Those countries not allowing English medium MBBS to grant valid practice license because of big difference in curriculum and ECTS scores + study hours)

No English medium MBBS student got license there till date since 2006.

So Beware of Fraudesters !!
