(1) Practice Arhatic Yoga ~ if you have not taken it, Take it! (The answer to most questions are there)
(2) Attend Arhatic Yoga Retreats and Reviews with others &
(3) Look for a group that will nurture you in your spiritual practice. (Facebook is not the media to have a deep discussion nor experience deep meditation. Godspeed in finding your group.

Atma namaste .Everyone's excitement to discuss subject matter beyond limit is evident in the above series, The group members are not all of the same level .In relation to GMCKS course , some of you are only in BASIC and some are not even graduates of basic pranic healing since, anyone can just really enter in the group without proper screening. Therefore to ensure that we all maintain the guidelines that was emphasized by the legal department of our school..... MAINTAIN THE SECRECY AND SACREDNESS OF GMCKS TEACHINGS to ensure the PURITY of the TEACHINGS. I suggest that the group will refrain from discussing techniques, and higher level of meditation which had not been open to the public. Anything to do with the virtues to make someone a better person or insights to serve as guideposts in our spiritual life.... That's fine, you may share .
