And recently MAEER MIT has forayed into K12 education by providing state of the art schools catering to day scholars as well as residential and junior colleges with distinctive concept of integrated programme. These MIT junior colleges are being established across Maharashtra state aim at preparing students to be confident, knowledgeable and competent to step into reputed professional institutions besides developing self-discipline and universal values. In today’s race to achieve excellent marks, students gruelingly study for 16-18 hours a day that leads to a detrimental effect in the long run. Such a strenuous study schedule may have adverse effect on students’ mental and physical health, and considering this very aspect, we at MIT Junior College offer integrated program that not only prepares the students to face the competitive exams successfully but also retain their mental and physical health. Keeping in view this aspect, at MIT Junior Colleges, we provide a unique structured and integrated program that is facilitated by competent faculties, who have vast experience in corporate colleges, for the students to gain necessary knowledge and skills to enter into high quality professional institutions. The requisite study material is prepared by our own subject experts in order to meet the needs of competitive examinations like IIT-JEE, MH-CET and NEET. We have a highly efficient digital assessment system with a database of thousands of questions for designing regular weekend, cumulative and grand tests. Analysis of assessment data gives us a clear direction to faculty and students to identify the learning gaps and strengthening the concepts at individual level. At every college we have established state of art laboratories for Physical & biological sciences, geography, computer sciences and English. We do have excellent library facilities with collection of reference books for children to explore for competitive examinations. Most importantly Professional counselors at MIT colleges support students to realize and channelize their potential constructively towards academics. MIT group of institutions have always focused on self-discipline, values and character development through yoga, meditation and gurukul culture to alleviate spiritual sanctity, stress relaxation and mental concentration. MIT junior colleges have been developed in same culture of spiritualism. Considering the turbulent adolescent stage of the junior college students, we take care of their holistic development. Our HSC result this year is 100% which bears testimony to what we advocate; where 25 out of 105 students excelled with distinction and 96 students secured first class. Along with these outstanding results, a number of our students also qualified IIT JEE Mains exam.
