"Empowering our community with knowledge!

Today, 8th May 2026, we successfully conducted a guest lecture on the POSH Act 2013 and SHE BOX portal for prevention of sexual harassment at workplace.

Our resource person, Advocate Abhilasha Kadu Warale, shared valuable insights on the POSH Act, its amendments, benefits, and punishments for non-compliance. She highlighted the importance of implementing the Act at workplace and provided guidelines on using the SHE BOX portal for reporting incidents.
The event was successfully coordinated by Prof.Pratik Kamble.

ImrIDEAthon 2026: A Hub of Innovation and Entrepreneurial Spirit

​On March 10, 2026, the ImrIDEAthon 2026 Startup Idea Competition concluded with great success. The event featured 20 teams and over 30 students from prestigious Management and Engineering institutions, including AISSMS Polytechnic, JSPM NTC, Annasaheb Magar College, PIMSE, Aditya Institute of Management, and Sadhu Vaswani Institute of Management.
​The competition was evaluated by distinguished IMR alumni:
​Mr. Priydarshan Karanjkar (Manager, Global Supply Chain – EATON)
​Mr. Dhananjay Pathak (Manager – Qualys)
​Participants showcased visionary concepts such as AI-driven agricultural tools (Krishi Drishti), Green Products, Rent Hive, and Health Promotion apps. Following each presentation, a rigorous Q&A session allowed students to defend their ideas and gain valuable industry insights.
​The event was organized by the MBA II students under the expert guidance of faculty coordinators Dr. Rajesh Hukre, Prof.Anjali Jagdale, and Prof.Pratik Kamble.

Institute's Innovation Council (IIC) and IQAC organises An Intercollegiate Startup Idea Competition- ImrIDEAthon 2026 tomorrow (10th March 2026) at 10am at IMR.

Team Size: Individual or Group of 2-4 participants
 Registration fee of Rs.100 per team.
 All participants will get participation certificate.
 Winner and runner-up will get Cash Prizes, Trophy, Medal & Certificate.
