Over the years, he has held several impactful leadership roles across human resources, talent management, performance and rewards, HR technology, analytics and HR business partnering, consistently driving people excellence and organisational growth.

With over a decade of rich experience across e-commerce, media, retail, and consumer sectors, she has built a distinguished career across organisations such as JSW Paints, Purplle.com, Amazon, Pantaloons, and Aditya Birla Group Leadership Programs. Over the years, she has held several impactful leadership roles across human resources, talent management, learning and development, and HR business partnering, consistently driving people excellence and organisational growth.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Amit Malik, our esteemed Alumnus from the Batch of 1999, has been appointed as the Vice President - People & Culture, India & South Asia at Accor.

With over two decades of rich experience across financial services, insurance, and FMCG, he has built a distinguished career across organisations such as WadzPay, Aviva India, Bank of America, ABN AMRO Bank, American Express, and GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare. Over the years, he has held several senior leadership roles across business, people, and transformation functions, consistently driving organisational growth, culture building, and strategic leadership.

We are pleased to announce that Mr. Rajesh Joshi, our esteemed Alumnus from the Batch of 1995, has been appointed as the Chief Business Officer (New Businesses) at Pidilite Industries Limited. In this role, he will be taking care of some of the new businesses of Pidilite including subsidiaries, Joint Ventures and M&A.

With nearly three decades of rich experience across manufacturing, telecom, retail and consumer sectors, he has built a remarkable career across organisations such as Asian Paints, Future Group, Bharti Airtel, Everest Industries and Pidilite Industries. Over the years, he has held multiple senior leadership roles across business and operational functions, consistently driving growth, transformation and organisational excellence. This appointment marks an important milestone in his distinguished leadership journey.
