Here is what we have in mind.

A person to join Niyuj Enterprise Software Solutions in the Sales and Marketing function as a sales executive to assist in getting in new clients mainly from the US market. Initially the person will be involved in the following
Research on companies to connect with through email campaigns
Company details (address etc.)
Right person within the company to connect with
email id
Work on collateral - website, project write ups etc
Read up on industry trends and news
The plan is for the person over the years to move up the sales cycle to interact with leads over the phone to present Niyuj, understand requirements, interact with dev team on estimates and so on.

What we need in a sales executive is
Awareness of the IT space, high level idea of technology. e.g. When someone says Java / .Net the person should be aware of what it is used for
Knowledge of the Internet and use to read on topics
Good verbal and written English communication
Ready to work in a small company environment
