Yesterday has been a sad day as India loses one of its most illustrious politicians of all time.
Shri Pranab Mukherjee who has often been described as the Man for All Seasons passes away in 84 at the Army Hospital, Delhi.
was a great statesman & Probably no Indian politician can match Shri Pranab Mukherjee’s enviable record as a long distance runner. He was the only minister to have served four major ministries: Finance, Commerce, Foreign & Defense. His journey from a small village of Bengal to the highest constitutional position of India is really inspiring for the youth.
He had a ringside view of Indian politics for some five decades and served five times as a member of Rajya Sabha and twice as a member of the Lok Sabha and was conferred Padma Vibhusan, India’s second-highest civilian award, in 2008.
Sir, your leadership shall be utterly missed! May your soul find peace and solace.
