Using the FIDS framework, our students identified a real-world problem and proposed a meaningful solution for a cleaner future.
The school will receive a cash grant and trophy, while students and mentors will be awarded medals and certificates.

A celebration filled with love, laughter, music, and unforgettable memories, Mother’s Day at Kothari International School, Kharadi, Pune was truly special for our pre-primary mothers and little stars.

The campus came alive with joy as our tiny performers dedicated beautiful songs to their moms, expressing their pure love in the sweetest way possible. The adorable mother-child ramp walk in matching twinning outfits added charm and excitement to the celebration, while the energetic dance performances created moments filled with smiles, hugs, and happiness.

One of the most heart-touching moments of the day was when the children presented handmade art and craft gifts, lovingly created by them in class, as tokens of love for their mothers. The sparkle in every mother’s eyes made the moment truly priceless.

The event beautifully celebrated the unconditional bond between a mother and child, a bond filled with warmth, care, love, and endless affection.

Our Grade 1 students experienced an exciting and educational field trip to Mahalaxmi Learning Foundation.

They explored a variety of flying vehicles and learned about their inventions, uses, and how air transport helps us travel from one place to another. The visit sparked curiosity as children observed different models and understood how they work.

Back in the classroom, students reflected on their learning by drawing what they had seen, expressing their ideas creatively and reinforcing their understanding.

Our enthusiastic K2 learners from Kothari International School had a joyful and enriching field trip as part of the recapitulation of their theme “Eat Healthy, Be Happy.”

Through exciting hands-on exploration, children discovered different food groups such as grains (bread group), dairy products, proteins, fruits, and vegetables. A special highlight of the day was the story recapitulation, where students actively identified junk food and confidently expressed, “We say NO to junk food!”

This real-world learning experience was filled with curiosity, fun, and meaningful connections, helping our little ones understand the importance of making healthy food choices every day.

Learning in Action :
Exploring Water & Its Properties

Our students engaged in an exciting activity while learning about Water and Its Properties by making lemonade in the classroom!

Through this hands-on experience, students explored key concepts of Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. They began by observing and tasting plain water, then investigated how lemon juice, salt, and sugar dissolve to form a solution.

By squeezing, mixing, and measuring ingredients, students applied simple engineering and mathematical skills while understanding scientific concepts like dissolving and changes in taste. This activity encouraged observation, experimentation, and critical thinking.

Such experiential learning helps students connect classroom knowledge with real-life applications making learning fun, meaningful, and impactful!
