Additionally, the meeting participants discussed new opportunities, brainstormed new ideas, Implementation of NEP and improved software to address universities' challenges. The main goal of the meeting was to find solutions to the current challenges facing universities, such as developing innovative programs and creating a better learning environment. The participants also aimed to explore new opportunities, such as introducing new technologies and exploring new ways of delivering education. Additionally, they discussed the implementation of the NEP, a new software designed to improve coordination between different universities.

From 10 December 2022 to 31 January 2023, Gondwana University conducted 300 examinations. It is required to declare the results within 45 days from the date of examination as per the rule of UGC. However, the university announced all the results in record time, i.e. in only 29 days. The average time for the declaration of results is only 16 days. Providing accurate results before the expected time is reassuring for students. For this, Hon. Vice-Chancellor Dr. Prashant Bokare has congratulated and appreciated the work of Director (Board of Examination and Evaluation) Dr. Anil Chitade.
