In a gripping World Cup final showdown with Australia, India encountered defeat, yet their tournament voyage stood as a beacon of excellence. The collective tenacity, resilience, and unwavering commitment of each Indian player illuminated the competition. Despite the heart-rending loss in the final, the team's credibility, perseverance, and hard work remained unscathed.
Guiding this extraordinary expedition was Captain Rohit Sharma, whose leadership surpassed mere strategy and tactics. He exemplified outstanding leadership qualities, leading by example and spearheading the team through every challenge. While the World Cup trophy may have slipped through their grasp, the unyielding spirit of the Indian team, coupled with Rohit Sharma's charismatic leadership, etched an enduring legacy on the cricketing panorama.
Kudos to Team India for a valiant effort.

Chairman of one of the reputed companies was holding a weekly meeting with staff.
A worker took up a serious issue.
He said the quality and hygiene of toilets for the workers was very bad.
Whereas, he pointed that the cleanliness and the hygiene of executive toilets was always very good.
The Chairman asked his top executive how much time he needs to set it right.
The executive asked for a month to set it right.
Chairman said "I would rather do it in a day. Send me a carpenter."
Next day, when the carpenter came, he just ordered the sign boards to be swapped.
The sign board on the workers’ toilet displayed "Executives" and the Executives’ toilet displayed "Workers”.
Chairman then instructed this sign to be changed every fortnight.
The quality of both the toilets came at par in the next three days.
Leadership is something much more than being an Executive*

Pune is India’s most affordable and preferred metro city in the real estate market (During H1 2023)
Pune has emerged as the top choice for real estate investment and stands as the most economical option among major metropolitan cities, according to several market reports. These reports draw their conclusions from both sales registration data and RERA data.
In the period from January to June 2023, Pune has established itself as India's most affordable and rapidly growing real estate market when considering the number of units sold. During this period, the Pune Housing Market (Primary market, excluding Re-Sales) achieved remarkable sales figures, with over 45,000 units sold, amounting to a total value of more than Rs 28,000 crore.
Pune has effectively capitalized on the favourable market conditions it experienced in the first half of 2023, with a substantial 40 percent increase in total sales compared to the same period in 2019, before the COVID-19 pandemic. Notably, Pune recorded an all-time high in 2023, with 45,162 primary housing units sold between January and June, compared to 32,250 units sold during the same period in 2019.
The average price of a housing unit sold in Pune during the first half of the calendar year 2023 reached Rs 63 lakh, marking a 37 percent increase compared to the average price in 2019. This trend suggests a growing trend in both the size and price of homes in Pune.
Furthermore, units priced above Rs 1 crore have witnessed a staggering 250 percent increase in sales during the first half of the calendar year 2023 compared to the same period in 2019. (Experts from Indian Express By: Express News Service Pune | September 7, 2023)
