Mr N S Umate is Former Chief Engineer of Public Works Department Govt of Maharsahtra. He has a vast experience of above 35 years in planning, design and ex*****on of mega projects in Infrastructure in the public sector. Mr Umate also has a vast experience in planning and design for various major Bridges, Flyovers Grade Separators and ROB/ RUB, Building projects in capacity of Superintending Engineer at Design Circle of PWD, Govt of Maharashtra. Currently Mr Umate is working in advisory capacity to various Consulting organizations for planning, design and supervision of infrastructure projects including Highways, Bridges and Flyovers amongst ithers.

Mr Nikhil Sharma completed Masters Degree from MADI Moscow Automobile Research Institute. Mr Sharma specializes in Road Stabilization technology and has been working for the past 15 years with ROAD STAB a multinational Company based in Russia in the field of Road Stabilization, Rock Fall protection and slope protection for major highway projects. He has also worked at Senior Executive level in a multinational company producing construction chemical. Currently Mr Sharma handles the technical department t of ROADSTAB at pan India Level providing technical assistance to various contractors and Govt agencies.

Mr Panwalkar has more than 18 years of experience in design and construction of underground infrastructure projects including Metro and Light Rail projects across United States, Canada, Australia, and India. He has a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering from Michigan State University. Mr Panwalkar has extensive experience with all aspects of Metro and Light Rail projects including Architectural, Electrical/Mechanical, and Civil/Structural/Geotechnical designs. His Specialties include Underground Construction, Tunneling, Microtunneling, Deep Shafts, Underground Stations, Retaining Walls, Ground Improvement, Foundations, Metro Rail His has been leading the design management and coordination effort involving multidisciplinary fields involving several stakeholders for Structural design of cut and cover underground infrastructure including d-walls, slabs, beams, columns, etc, Geotechnical, geology, soil and rock mechanics as applied to underground construction. He is well versed with different construction methods for development of cost-effective, practical, and constructible designs. Worked extensively onsite throughout his career on underground metro stations, tunnels, and pipelines.
- He has experience with design and manufacturing of open-shield TBMs, microtunneling machines, boring machines, cutter heads, articulated steering heads, lubrication systems, and other tunnelling and pipe jacking accessories.
