🥳💐💐💐Post-Doctoral Research at IIT Gandhinagar💐💐
We are proud to share that Dr. Ajita Deshmukh, Assistant Professor at School of education and research, MIT Art, Design and Technology University, has successfully completed her Post-Doctoral Research in the tenure of Project Scientist in Education and Pedagogical Sciences from IIT Gandhinagar, one of India’s premier institutions.
Her work under the project “Holistic Reimagining of Engineering Education” focused on how developing translational skills that go beyond technical expertise contributed to the holistic development of particularly Engineering Students. Dr. Deshmukh led a research team, designed mixed-method and ethnographic studies, and contributed to the national conversation on transforming engineering education.
Her achievement stands as a testament to MIT-ADT University’s commitment to fostering advanced research and academic excellence.

Students of School of Education & Research (SOER) had an enriching visit to Rishi Gurukulam School, where they explored the school’s unique pedagogy, curriculum design, and experiential learning practices.

From learning under the shade of trees, to flexible classroom setups, guided meditation sessions, and nature-integrated activities — the visit offered deep insights into how holistic education can nurture the mind, body, and spirit.

This exposure helped our budding teachers understand how traditional wisdom can beautifully blend with modern educational approaches to create meaningful learning experiences.
