Requirements - three identical tumblers (small), one glass tumbler (tall), sugar, water, food colorings (any three colours), a stirrer, a syringe/dropper
The concept behind these colorful strata of water is - varying densities of the sugar solution. The solution with the highest density settles at the bottom while the ones with decreasing densities get stacked on the top (in order of decreasing densities). Find the experiment here:
