Greetings! A brief introduction about our school:
The School was founded by Shri. Hari Uddhav Dhotre in 1860s and was supported by many well-wishers and villagers of Phulgaon. It was also recognized by the Education Department in 1920.
The Government Aided High School is affiliated to Maharastra SSC board and offers free education to girls and boys from 5th to 10th standard. Currently the school holds around 750 students under its wings. The bright students of the school have consistently shown 100% results in academics and outstanding performances in co-curricular activities and competitive examinations. They are guided by around 18 qualified teachers and non-teaching staff.
The school has a modest infrastructure of classrooms, laboratories, library, washrooms, playground as well as hostel facility, built in 1983. However, the school intends extension and renovation of the existing facilities to accommodate more education deprived students from surrounding rural areas.
