We hereby inform that Skillnjob program is launched with collaboration with FieldMI Technologies to onboard fresh talent after enhancing the skills of resource undergoing 6 months of program.
Details of Program:
1)
Total 10 skills are identified, and we shall enrol maximum 10 candidates in each skillset in a year.
2)
These skills are JAVA Full Stack, Android, React Native, Flutter, Power BI, SAP WM/EWM, Salesforce Developer, PEGA, Out System & Digital Marketing.
3)
There will be 3 months of training at office locations 2 hours daily.
4)
After that candidate will get 3 months of on job training (Stipend applicable) 8 hrs daily in office (Strictly No work from home).
5)
After 6 months of training there will be interview and machine test of candidates, those who pass the test shall be retained as employees with salary revisions as per company policy time to time.
6)
Those who failed shall go under another 3 months of unpaid on job training followed by test again.
7)
Those who failed in 2nd attempt as well shall not be considered for further action.
8)
On joining the program candidate shall accept the terms of employment like Availability for on site at any given location & minimum 2 months of notice period.
9)
Criteria for program enrolment: a) Engineering or Science Graduate with 60% minimum b) Shall pass our interview & Aptitude test.
10)
Skill wise Program Fees is applicable with instalment facility.
