Grateful for the opportunity to lead a 3-day Basic Research Methodology Workshop at STES' Sinhgad College of Nursing, Narhe Pune! Serving as a Guest Speaker and Resource Faculty for MSc Nursing PG students and faculty was truly rewarding.
Together, we delved into crucial aspects of research methodology, fostering insightful discussions and interactive sessions.
The participants' eagerness to enhance their research skills was evident, reflecting their commitment to excellence.
Special thanks to the dynamic team at STES' Sinhgad College of Nursing, Narhe Pune Reshma Salve Ma'am Suhashini Ma'am for their collaboration. Looking forward to more such initiatives aimed at empowering the next generation of healthcare researchers!

Always delighted and thrilled to share my experience as a Guest Speaker and Resource Faculty at the Basic Research Methodology Workshop held at my institution Sinhgad Dental College and Hospital, Pune. The workshop, tailored for postgraduate students and faculty, focused on honing research skills crucial for academic and professional growth.

During the workshop, I had the privilege of leading discussions and presentations on three pivotal topics: 'Sample Size Estimation,' 'Inferential Statistics,' and 'Qualitative Research.' The enthusiastic participation of attendees, comprising budding researchers and seasoned faculty members, made the sessions highly engaging and productive.

Exploring 'Sample Size Estimation,' we delved into the significance of determining an appropriate sample size for research studies, ensuring statistical power and validity. The session on 'Inferential Statistics' provided insights into the application of statistical methods for drawing meaningful conclusions from data.

The discourse on 'Qualitative Research' opened avenues for understanding the depth and richness of non-numeric data, encouraging participants to embrace diverse research methodologies. Interactive discussions, practical examples, and hands-on exercises complemented the theoretical aspects, fostering a holistic learning experience.

The successful completion of the workshop signifies not only the participants' enhanced research acumen but also the collaborative effort to foster a research-oriented mindset within the academic community at Sinhgad Dental College & Hospital, Pune. I am grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the growth of these aspiring researchers and look forward to witnessing the impact of their future contributions to the field.
