Fenugreek

Fenugreek leaves and seeds are used . Leaves are used to make Various food items. Vegetable, paratha, dhapata are well known.
Fenugreek reduces vata and kapha dosha. Reduces fever as well.
Fenugreek seeds are aromatic, helps in digestion, uterine contraction, increases milk and are anti-inflammatory.
Fenugreek leaves are cooling in nature, anti inflammatory, mild laxative. Laddus are also made from Fenugreek which are used post delivery.
It increases appetite, purifies f***s as well as purifies menstrual blood. It is also used in indigestion and rheumatism
To increase the milk, its porridge is made and given to the feeding mother.
seeds paste is applied on hair loss and swelling.

मेथी

मेथीच्या पानांचा व बियांचा वापर व्यवहारात केला जातो. मेथीच्या पानांची भाजी,पराठा,धपाटा, भजी,असे विविध पदार्थ सर्वश्रुत आहेत.
मेथी वात दोष व कफ दोष कमी करणारी व ताप कमी करणारी आहे.
मेथीच्या बिया स्निग्ध सुगंधित अग्निदीपक, गर्भाशय संकोच करणाऱ्या,दूध वाढवणाऱ्या,वृष्य,सूज कमी करणाऱ्या असतात.
मेथीची पाने शीतल, आग जळजळ कमी करणारी,मृदुविरेचक असतात,याच्या बियांपासून बनवलेले लाडू बाळंतीण स्त्रियांना दिली जातात त्यामुळे त्यांची भूक वाढते,मल शुध्दी तसेच आर्तव शुध्दी होते.अजीर्ण आमवात, अग्निमांद्य यामध्ये पण याचा उपयोग होतो.
दूध वाढवण्यासाठी याची लापशी बनवून बाळंतिणीला देतात.
केस गळणे तसेच सुजेवर याच्या बियांचा लेप लावतात.

Hence to ensure correct usage of the information we willl be creating a secured group of professionals or students.
