Topic: Nest Quest- Amazing World of Bird Nests.

Chaitali teacher and Madhuri teacher conducted an exciting session titled ‘Nest Quest – Amazing World of Bird Nests’. During this brief pause, everyone practices mindful listening to calm racing thoughts, followed by a 10‑second stretch to loosen and relax their limbs. A lively 'Tap and Clap'segment to peppy music then energizes the group, making the break both calming and fun. By participating together, students and teachers recharge, and the initiative adds a joyful rhythm to the school day.
