The 9th International Day of Yoga(IDY) was celebrated by the The Alard Institute of Management Sciences on 21st June,2023 at the AIMS seminar Hall in a grand way. The event was graced by the eminent staff of Sahaja Yoga. The main Speakers and volunteers were Mr. Sunil Janakwar,Mr.Kulkarni,Mr Deshmukh,Mrs. Mitika Shrivastav, Mrs. Bhumika Suchak, Mrs. Savita Matole & Mr. Shyam Suchak. They addressed the audience, highlighting yoga's transformative power, and participted in the yoga session, promoting holistic wellness .
Our Director Sir Dr. D.K Tripathi also emphasized on the benefits of Yoga and attended the yoga session.This event was organised by Prof.Jaymala Chaudhari. The entire event was appreciated by Chairman Sir Dr. L.R Yadav and Secretary Dr. R.S Yadav.

Mr. Sunil Janakwar
Profile -
Suneel Janakwar is a Computer Engineer with a MBA from Symbiosis IMS Pune. He worked for around 24 yrs in IT. He has exposure to varied international cultures having worked in India, ASEAN, North Americas & multiple EU countries. He has worked for organizations like HCL Perot, Satyam & IBM. He has executed varied roles in Business Analysis, Business Development, SAP Consultancy, Project Mgt & Workforce Mgt. Suneel has switched to real estate and is developing an eco-friendly bungalow project on his land near Hinjewadi IT Hub of Pune.
Suneel has been conducting Stress Mgt programs in IT cos for the last 16 yrs by means of a very simple yet effective & joyous meditation philosophy founded by Dr Nirmala Srivastava - Sahajayoga. He has been routinely invited for the same by HR of Infosys, BNY Mellon, Tech Mahindra, Accenture, TCS, Cognizant, Infostretch - to name a few prominent ones.
Suneel is married with a very supporting wife Anupama & has two wonderful senior school going daughters. He enjoys playing the Tabla & is passionate about video recording, still photography and dogs.
Suneel realized early in his career that though IT is financially rewarding, it can cause stress & discovered that the right meditation helped greatly reduce and even totally eliminate stress. Having experienced & tested this philosophy over a period of time he likes to share it with fellow IT professionals. Sahajayoga is absolutely free - always - as divinity cannot be charged for. He, along with others in IT who practice this meditation, like to conduct practical workshops where the seekers can experience meditation, stress reduction & actually feel the divine energy rising within her/ him.
