🔗There are a set of event licenses which one requires to ensure smooth flow of an event.

📎Every event Planner needs to have a list of licenses ,which they have to submit to the government and the concerned authorities.
All the licenses should be submitted to them 24 hours before the event. The list may be different for different type of event.

📌Many people are not clearly aware of these rules and regulations and here we are to boost your knowledge up .

🔗Venue is the place where something happens, especially an organized event such as a concert, wedding, conferences etc.

📍Selection of venue is important , while selecting a particular venue there are many things which are taken into consideration such as the location, connectivity to the place, how famous it is, budget, convenience and specially venue capacity should be kept in mind.

🔗Venue Recce is the process where an Event Manager has a visit to the venue and does detailing for better planning , layout and on day set up!

📌Also having a recce done leads to less chaos and challenges in the future.
