🧅🍅 Vegetables Appams 😋😋

Ingredients:
100 gm sooji
100 gm curd
1 onion
1 tomato
1/2 carrot
1/4 capsicum
Few coriander leaves
1 tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp jeera
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp coconut oil

Method:
• In a bowl add sooji & curd. Add some water and mix well. Cover and keep it aside.

• In a pan heat coconut oil. Add mustard seeds and jeera, let it tingle & then add the chopped veggies and sauté.

• Let it cool & then add it in the sooji curd mixture. Add salt & oregano. Mix well.

• Grease the appam maker with a drop of coconut oil & pour the mixture one by one in each block.

• Cover and cook for 2 minutes.

• Have it with coconut chutney or green chutney.
