Position name: - Application Support Engineer (Bangalore) –
Salary: - - 5LPA - 6LPA
Position Location - Bangalore
Experience - Minimum 2.5+ and maximum 3.5+ years.
Language - Java, SQL
DB-Oracle
Responsibilities
Work in L2 application support for Bank Application
Work in shift and BAU activities, Ticket solving, Document preparation
Work with outside data sources and APIs
Work with L3 Support team for Deployment, UAT testing & validation of application
Work on bug fixing and improving application performance
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Requirements and skills
Engineering in computer science or a related subject and Proven software development experience and L2 level Support experience
Proven working experience in banking app support and development
Experience with skill set Core Java, Linux, SQL, MYSQL, Ticketing Tool, ITIL
Working knowledge of the general L2 level support & L3 level support
Solid understanding of the full Application Support.
