Minimum Educational Qualification & Experience
1. M.Sc. in Physics or equivalent with 55% marks
2. CSIR-NET (Physical Sciences) or Valid GATE (PH) Score. (Relaxation for SC/ST & PH candidates is as per GOI norms)

Tenure of the appointment Initially for a period of one year extendable for further period (upto approximately 3 years) subject to satisfactory performance of the incumbent and continuation of the project.

Age Limit
Not more than 28 Years (relaxable for 5 years for SC/ST/Physically Handicapped/Female candidates as per GOI norms)
Monthly compensation / Fellowship
31,000/- + HRA (Total Rs. 33480/- per month) for first two years and 35,000/- + HRA (Total Rs. 37800/- per month) for the third year.

Other Benefits:
1. The selected candidate will be encouraged to enroll for the PhD program of MIT-WPU as per the available guidelines of the institute.
2. The project has separate funding support for attending Conferences, Workshops etc. within India.

Note:
1. CV should include details of academic grades starting from X standard onwards with details of the year of passing, university or institute, etc and also work experience and nature of work if applicable. Complete details of NET/GATE such as year of passing/validity, discipline, marks, All India Rank should be mentioned in the CV. Include details of M.Sc dissertation/Project, if any.
2. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
3. The interview will be held in hybrid mode (on line as well as offline). Candidates are expected to have a good and stable internet connection in case of online interview. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the interview. Shortlisted candidates will be intimated by e-mail about the date, time and place of interview. No TA/DA shall be paid for attending the interview.
