College mein hum sirf Marks, Percentage aur CGPA ke peeche bhaagte hain — sochte hain degree mil gayi to job bhi mil jayegi.

Lekin interview mein company kuch aur hi dekh rahi hoti hai. Unhe ye nahi dekhna ki kitne marks aaye — unhe dekhna hai ki kal se kaam kar paoge ya nahi. Excel pe reports banani aati hai? Accounting samajh mein aati hai? Tally pe kaam kiya hai ya sirf certificate liya hai? GST ke compliances pata hai?

Bas yahi difference hai — Degree interview tak le jaati hai, Skills salary tak le jaati hain.
