Enrol students by visiting schools.
Enhances admissions department exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Job Responsibilities
Part of the talent acquisition team to manage end to end recruitment cycle
Proactive outreach to Find talent from various platforms
Source and recruit candidates by using various recruitment portals or social media
Work alongside internal stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
Monitor recruitment performance and contribute in process improvements
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
Screen candidates’ resumes and job applications
Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
Performing phone screening before arranging for face to face interview
Coordinating interview with hiring managers
Administering appropriate company assessments to candidates
Support the company’s human resource department in any other ad hoc/operation duties
