This company, renowned for its innovation in the manufacturing of advanced food processing machines and state-of-the-art hygiene stations, provided a perfect backdrop for students to explore the practical applications of their academic knowledge.

Upon arrival, the students were warmly welcomed by the company representatives, who introduced them to Nexgen’s mission of enhancing food safety and hygiene through cutting-edge technology. The visit began with an informative presentation detailing the company’s history, product offerings, and the critical role they play in the food processing industry. On October 16, 2024, the Management Department of Tilak Maharashtra Vidyapeeth hosted an engaging event titled "Bizland," designed to foster community spirit and provide students with a platform to showcase their entrepreneurial skills. The event took place on the university campus and drew a vibrant crowd of students, faculty, and staff.

Bizland featured a diverse array of stalls that catered to various interests, making it a lively hub of activity. Students presented an assortment of delicious cuisines, offering everything from traditional Maharashtrian dishes to popular street food. Students eagerly sampled the offerings, creating an atmosphere filled with delightful aromas and lively conversations.

In addition to food, the event showcased merchandise stalls where students could purchase handmade crafts, jewellery, nailart, mehendi and unique products created by their peers. Induction Program day 2

During the induction-orientation program, the Department of Management organized an exciting treasure hunt game designed to familiarize new students with the university campus and its various departments. Dr. Jyoti Harchekar expertly orchestrated the event, setting up a series of clues that guided participants through different locations across the campus. Volunteers, dressed casually and stationed at key spots, provided the next clues as students solved each challenge. This interactive and engaging activity not only introduced students to the campus layout but also fostered teamwork and exploration.
