Creative Club - The Art Studio

ReFAB Studio India along with Creative Club, warmly invite you to The Fabric of Our Lives a creative exploration of interior textile "waste" that reflects on our patterns of consumption, disposal, and connection.

In this unusual exhibition, 12 exceptional artists transformed textile remnants into powerful, thought-provoking artworks.

The exhibition will be inaugurated by award-winning designers and architects Ar. Sonal Sancheti and Ar. Rahul Gore.

A Creative Club and Banjaras Collaboration

Join us for a two-day creative workshop where fabric becomes your canvas, and paint and thread your tools of expression!

Dates: 28th & 29th April 2025
Timings: 10:00 AM – 12:00 Noon

This mixed media workshop is designed to introduce children to the world of textiles through art.

Day 1:
We begin with a short talk on the rich heritage of Indian textiles, followed by a hands-on experience with different fabrics. Children will explore texture through touch and feel.
In the second half, we dive into the basics of composition and colour, and the children will begin creating their artwork using fabric, paint, and thread.

Day 2:
We shift focus to form and texture, composing a single unified design on cloth. Using needle and thread, children will add dimension and depth to their pieces, learning to enhance their compositions through stitching.

An inspiring way to introduce young minds to Indian fabric traditions while nurturing creativity and design thinking!
