We are looking for a Project Management Office (PMO) Head to lead the end-to-end project management of a high-impact greenfield project in Odisha. The role requires a driven leader who can manage multi-disciplinary teams, ensure on-time project delivery, and uphold high standards in safety, quality, and compliance.

📍 Location: Dhenkanal, Odisha (Initial posting in Pune)
💼 Designation: Dy. GM / GM / AVP
🛠 Industry: Steel Industry
📊 Function: Project Management

✅ Must-Have Skills & Experience:
PMP Certification must to have
Steel Industry and plant operations, specifically in managing projects related to BOF, EAF, SMS, Sinter Plant, Blast Furnace, and Rolling Mills.
Contract & Vendor Management
Government & Statutory Liaison
15+ years of experience in project management, preferably in greenfield steel or heavy manufacturing projects.
Strong knowledge of project lifecycle management, EPC interfaces, and safety protocols.
Proven ability in cross-functional stakeholder management and team leadership.
Experience in Primavera, MS Project, SAP, or similar tools.
Familiarity with contract and risk management practices in industrial projects.
Excellent communication, documentation, and conflict resolution skills.
Engineering degree (preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil).
