Job Description Admission Officers (BDM and Counsellor)
Responsibilities and Duties
•Handling all the enquiries (Walk-ins as well as Talk-ins).
•Able to do data calling. Identify leads by cold calling / data base calling. Generate leads. B2C sales.
•Converting prospects into Admissions.
•Relationship with schools and correlation to our business goals and positive achievement of the same by the promotion of our schemes/courses/tests and tracking feedback of schools, principals, etc.
•Establish relationship with schools and educational institutions.
•Liaisoning with various stake holders related to Education Industry and on-boarding them as Educational Consultant for the company.
Qualifications and Skills
•Female / Male Graduate/M.B.A.
•Experience desired in education industry (NEET/IIT Institutes).
•Good working knowledge of the Internet & MS-Office.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ready to learn and initiate. Result oriented.
•Self-motivation to work under pressure. Should follow Ethical work practices.
•Should be aware of all the trends of entrance exams (Medical, Engg. NDA, NTSE, KVPY, Olympiad Etc.).
