We were pleased to host a two-day Masterclass on VFX, Motion Graphics & Compositing at the Lexicon MILE Department of Media and Animation, conducted by Mr. Ajay Popalghat, VFX Expert.

The workshop provided our students with hands-on exposure to industry-relevant workflows, production pipelines, and practical insights that bridge academic learning with real-world VFX practices. The sessions were highly interactive and aligned with current industry standards.

We were honored to welcome Dr. Kiran Bedi for the Leadership Talk Series at Lexicon MILE — a session that inspired and energized everyone present.

Her session brought powerful insights on purpose-driven leadership, discipline, self-awareness, resilience, and the ability to stay centered in uncertainty — qualities she has lived every single day in her extraordinary journey. She reminded our students that true leadership begins with clarity of purpose, daily preparation, and the courage to act with integrity, no matter how challenging the environment may be.

Our sincere gratitude to Ms. Saina R Bharucha for her presence and her meaningful guidance. She reminded students that true wealth is not limited to money, but built every day through health, habits, relationships, mindset, and integrity. Her perspective helped redefine success as “who you become,” not just what you earn.

A heartfelt thank you to Ms. Deepti sharma, Co-Founder & Director of The Lexicon Group, for her constant support and for giving us the opportunity to host such transformational learning experiences. Her message highlighted that leadership is not about titles, but about impact, empathy, clarity of vision, and leaving people better than you found them.

This edition of the Leadership Talk Series has strengthened our belief in nurturing leaders who think with purpose, act with courage, and lead with impact.
