have brought home outstanding honors from the prestigious IFLA APR Mumbai Charette 2025, held during the Global Conference in Mumbai today.

Hearty congratulations to Ar. Mohini Bhosekar - BNCA Alumni Batch 2022!

She has graduated Master’s in Architecture and Urban Design from Politecnico di Milano, Italy, with a final score of 110/110 in Oct 2025.

Her thesis, “A Spatial Grammar for Rural India: Traditional Grids as a Framework for Rural Development — A Case of Sukala, Odisha,” showcases her passion for reviving the rural roots of India through design and to present it on a global platform.

In yet another proud achievement, BNCA’s Second Year B Division students have emerged WINNERS in the Arts and Craft Category for their outstanding documentation and work on Built Traditions in Gundalwadi and Bursewadi. This award underlines their deep appreciation and understanding of heritage, culture, and traditional architectural practices.

We are equally proud of the Second Year Division D (SYD) students, who emerged winners at the Zonal level and went on to present their work at the national stage – a proud moment that reflects the strength of undergraduate talent at BNCA.
