Hello everyone,

in the 20th century the single most accepted qualification for the job was graduate degree. It did not matter then if it was Arts, Science or Commerce, as the quality of education was good enough.

By the 2000s this requirement upgraded itself from graduate with Masters to get a decent job. Though the job market opened up inorganically and the jobs were plenty for graduates too, it did not take them long enough in the corporate journey.
