We are looking for a Marketing Intern-

Lead Follow-up & Conversion Executive -Marketing partner Stipend of Rs.5000/-+ revenue-sharing basis at Skillsgenix (Soft skill training institute based in PCMC, Pune)

This role will mainly focus on:
✔️Calling warm leads
✔️WhatsApp follow-ups
✔️Counselling about courses.
✔️ Booking assessment/demo sessions
✔️Converting to admissions

The person should be fluent in English /Marathi/Hindi with good conversational skills.

📌Call leads within 5–10 minutes of enquiry
📌Follow up a minimum 5 times
📌Update lead status daily in Google Sheet
📌Maintain a polite counselling tone
📌Focus on conversion, not just calling
