P. Jog Highschool CBSE Mayur colony

The investiture ceremony for the members of the student council of the Late Shri P. B.Jog English Medium School was held on 25th August, 2023.

Certain students were chosen for School positions as well as House positions.

This ceremony was held to encourage and foster leadership qualities in our bright and promising pupils. They comprise the newly elected student council and were felicitated at the investiture ceremony.

It was a moment of great pride and honour for the chosen students as well as their parents whose happiness knew no bounds on witnessing their ward's decorated with their new badges and sashes.

The investiture ceremony lay emphasis on the need to set priorities and being a team member.

Today's investiture ceremony not only recognised the achievement of the chosen few but also served as a source of inspiration for all students to realise their potential as Future leaders.

"Yoga is something that feeds our soul."
On occasion of International Yoga Day, Jog Education Trust's Late Shri P.B jog English Medium school had assembly on the ground. We celebrated "The International Yoga Day " on the theme of year 2023" Vasudev kutumbakam" It was pleasant morning where during morning meet the entire school got involved in global event for HEALTH AND WELLNESS through Yoga and Meditation session. Today's session was conduected by Swati Madam and her group from Art of living. Today's program was narrated by grade X student Vaishnavi Jivale and grade IX student Manas khisti.
It was memorable experience for all teachers and students as well.

With pride we share the precious moments of our Champions on their Annual Sports Meet 2023 held on two days for Juniors & Seniors.

Our Chief guest for the occasion was Ulka Mokasdar Madam, the Founder & President of Yashoda Foundation who declared the Sports Day open along with our Trustee members Shubhada Jog Madam, Smita Karnataki Madam & Asha Deshpande Madam. After which there was display of drills from Pre-primary onwards, followed by sports events for each class. But the best was the enthusiastic participation of parents in the games arranged for them.

The 74th Republic Day program commenced with the flag hoisting by the Principal of Jog College along with the Principal of CBSE and SSC followed by the National Anthem and Pledge.🇮🇳

The rhythm of pride and patriotic fervour could be felt throughout the cultural programme which paid homage to the sacrifices of freedom fighters and unsung martyrs in the long history of Indian's struggle. The message of unity and G20 was also shared🇮🇳

Art is not only fun and excitement but also an essential part of childhood learning . It provides children wings to let their imagination fly and gives them ample opportunities for physical , social and cognitive development.

To embrace this artistic side of students and to provide a creative platform for self expression P Jog in collaboration with *Sakal Newspaper organised *Drawing* *Competition* and engaged the young budding artists of Grade 1-9 of our School as well as students from other Schools in this activity
