Candidates who missed their JK Bank B.A exams because of heavy snowfall in kmr and other areas of U.T will surely be adjusted in comming days of already decided examination schedule. It will not only be inhumane but travesty of justice if they are denied equal opportunity of employment,moreover it will also invite litigations in courts for the same.

Giving importance and assertion to that fact regarding the low number of jobs we have here,i urge everyone here to start preparing for panchayat posts and work hard like anything. U wont find many opportunities ahead and there are no sympathies for failures. Kab 25 say 35 ho jao gay pata b nahi chale ga. Room mai akelay bethnay k ilawa koi option nahi rehta hai phir. Dostun k phone zehar lagtay hai. Please work hard. Ek baar jaan laga do ,phir guilt nahi rahay ga .

Though i had written it in last winters ,i decided to post it again because of it being one of my close to heart write ups.
At the end of the write up, u wll find official link of our whatsapp group created for upcoming jk bank banking associate exam.

*Jk bank exams conundrum*

As i tried to order my messed up bedding for the nights sleep, suddenly an unknown number flashed on my phone. Thinking that he or she might be a customer inquiring " sunday cha haaz bank yeli",i decided not to pick up the call. However the human instincts gave a prod to pick it up. "hello", a voice with full of uncertainties and depth of darkness took shelter at my ear (right one). "aap kaun", i replied instantly in a very impolite manner, reason : human instincts don't like same gender calls, that too late night. "sir, me haaz jk bank form bormut, i need some help" , he replied in a hurried manner, thinking i might drop the call. Being respected is one of the most dearest things to me, it brings me to the fathom depths of humbleness. " koi baat nahi, how can i help", i asked.

Aspirant: " sir mai nay coaching nahi ki, sir syllabus kya hai, sir governor nay kaha...,sir cut off kya, sir me haaz tension, sir dapan seat che kenith...sir yapeer, sir hupear...
Me: Yutah t**z chu nu suan fire and emergency department te, wait, take deep breaths and ask me one by one.

Aspirant : Sir mai nay coaching nahi ki aur mera arts background hai. Mera hoga?
Me: coaching is a necessary evil (period), not the one that u see on greater kashmir, Facebook posts, Instagram photos, what'sapp statuses. Strictly not. Waise coaching aap na hi karay to acha hai. U just need to access the right resources like good books, internet and few good friends. Trust me u can prepare for just Rs. 399(jio pack) at the comfort of ur home and still give hard time to all the dilber shahid, princy jaan, COACHING jk bank at shortcut institute for seat in jk bank.

Aspirant : Sir wahan shortcuts dekhatay hai.
Me: Hai khudaya. Wune aawe na che samaj. Remember there are no shortcuts to success. These shortcut methods, 15 second mai answer, seat confirm, last opportunity are gimmicks that are thrown at naive aspirants. Shortcuts are arrived simply when conceptual methods of solving a particular question get reduced to few calculations, nothing else.

Aspirant : sir aap nay books bola hi nahi kaun si laani hai, syllabus te haaz wan ze.
Me: if u use YouTube and few banking apps like adda247,olive board, grade up, then u don't need to purchase any book at all. Syllabus is not defined for bank exams, u only get umbrella terms like reasoning, q.aptitude. Suno,text me on my WhatsApp no, i wll send u detailed syllabus. Khush

Aspirant : sir i know late ho gaya hai. Par i still have few queries.
Me: Me basan az chu raatas rozan wushari (inner thoughts). Na na wane toh.

Aspirant : sir dapaan pdp bank, sorry sorry sir, jk bank. Jk bank. Sir dapaan ate che chalan sirf sufarish. Sir me os adil 0918 dapaan seat ma hekh 5 lachan.
Me: shahmat fazool mai i liked mehbooba m***i page( anter atma). Huh.. Listen meane jigar gosha, sufarish is in our rag rag and u can't change it. Ask ur dad, who is trying to get sufarish for u as well. Sufarish happens when ur desire coincides wd opportunity. Ye chu nu kanh trawan. Anyways, i won't go into past. But i can only hope that the recruitment goes pristine and provides job to all those who deserve or whom Allah has destined for it.

Aspirant: sir, sir, sir..
Me : hello, hello.. U dere

Aspirant: sir mai darta hun bolnay say.
Me: what happened. Bolo, no issues

Aspirant : sir, bank job cha haram kini halal.
Me: afsuus, controversy ase zaruri tulun.
For a while i decided not to answer it, as i do it usually. However (period). Listen yes absolutely as per quran, hadith, islamic scholars, it is absolutely prohibited to work in banks. However, mulazim say le k masjidun k imam tak, bade business empires say ley k hajj umrah services karanay tak, school, hospital, sanitation, Matlab mujay aisi koi jagah dikha do jahan bank nahi, to be more appropriate jahan sood ka nishan nahi. Phir bhi pata nahi log bank walun ko hi kyun nishana banatay hai. Ye mujay samaj nahi ata hai. U can decide for ur own. For me, ye mamla meray aur meray rab k beech ka hai. Woh chahyay to baksh de, woh chahyay to saza de. No further questions over it.

Aspirant :sorry sir, sorry.
Me: don't be so. U said absolutely nothing wrong.

Aspirant : sir aap plz meray daddy say baat karen gay.
Me: sorry dear, mood nai hai. Tell them to read my Facebook post.
Asalam u alikum uncle. Uncle i know ur son has already failed no of times. Uncle i know he seems to be arrogant, impatient and hostile. Uncle, remember he is not. It is just d society around us who has made him so. Let all bygones be bygones. Today when he will be having his dinner along wd u, say him. " ghobra mehnat kar, Insha allah gasakh kamyaab, che kar panin mehmat, baki pushwar khudayas, che chey khudayan salahit decmech, just utilitse it. Ba chusai che seeth. Kar panun raat doh kune".

I have been thinking to write about it from last 3 months. However, as usual and like this all my writings are impromptu, they are all unplanned. And unplanned things are mostly divine.
