Theatre Facilitators
Gladwin Rajkumar is a Director, Writer, Producer and Actor with experience in theatre and film. He is the winner of the 50 hr film making challenge (IFP - 2019). Former Assistant Director to Ms Sudha Kongara. He is currently working on a web series that will reach OTT’s soon.

Music Facilitator
Joewin Shamalina is a trinity grade 8 certified playback singer, songwriter and a vocal coach with over 15 years of teaching and performing experience. She has had the privilege of collaborating with Music composers like D Imman and Chamath sangeeth and singers like Benny Dayal and Arivu , for movies like Etharrkum thuninthavan, Captain, Yudha satham, to name a few. She is also the founder of Reverb School of Music and the Acapella group “No treble” that performed at the IPL and the only Acapella team that represented India at the Lincoln Centre in New York City alongside Deke sharon( the music arranger of the movie “Pitch perfect” and Matt Sallee ( bassist of the Acapella group “pentatonix”)
Art Facilitator
Deepika is a multidisciplinary artist, ceramist and Master’s student from National Institute of Design. She is the founder of ‘டீ’, an art-led brand curating immersive art experiences. She is currently pursuing her thesis project with The Banyan in Chennai.
Dance Facilitator
Damien Cafaaso is a professional dancer, choreographer and a versatile performer with a deep passion for the arts. He is an aspiring theatre artist. He has worked with various productions, including The Little Theatre for the past three years as part of their Christmas pantomimes,
He has also been part of music videos for Think Music, Divo Music, Coke Studio Tamil, and various other music production companies.
He has also collaborated with artists such as Ritika Singh and Dushara Vijayan, further expanding his experience across performance and entertainment platforms.
