- Site located in Porpanaikottai village, Tirunelveli district, Tamil Nadu
- Excavations revealed a ancient settlement dating back to the 3rd century BCE to 2nd century CE
- Finds include:
- Pottery shards
- Coins
- Jewelry
- Sculptures
- Inscriptions
- Evidence of a ancient Tamil civilization, possibly related to the Pandya kingdom
- Significant discovery of a 2,000-year-old Tamil-Brahmi inscription

This excavation has provided valuable insights into the history and culture of ancient Tamil Nadu.
