The Educational / Milestone Vibe
Big milestone tonight on my project! Moving from the schematic phase to the physical PCB layout. 🥳
Designing high-voltage hardware (handling 2,000W) means keeping the AC mains and the low-voltage ESP32 logic completely separated for safety. It takes a ton of patience to get the power management just right, but seeing the footprints populate makes it all worth it.
Time to start laying down some copper! ⚡🎛️

Headline: Thrilled to share that we won at the iInvent in India - Pondicherry Innovation Festival! 🏆✨
I am incredibly excited to announce that our innovation, The World's First Dum Biryani Cooker, was awarded at the iInvent in India Festival hosted at Aravind Eye Care System, Pondicherry!
Traditional dum biryani preparation is a beautiful art, but it comes with significant operational challenges—dealing with heavy charcoal, inconsistent heat management, and intense physical labor. Under Catalyst Hardware, our mission was to engineer a deep-tech hardware solution that automates and simplifies this process, making high-quality commercial cooking comfortable, efficient, and seamless.
Spending the day pitching to a non-stop stream of brilliant judges, industry experts, and fellow innovators was an unforgettable experience. The validation from the panel and the audience's enthusiasm keeps us moving forward.
A huge thank you to the organizers, the evaluation committee, and everyone who stopped by our booth to support our vision. This is just the beginning for Catalyst Hardware as we continue to innovate and impact! 🚀

🌐 Multiplying numbers, mastering languages, and building wings! 🧠⚡
Following yesterday's look at my math and science foundations, today I wanted to share the broader, multi-dimensional skill sets that became the invisible pillars of my engineering journey.
Looking at these milestones, it’s fascinating to see how seemingly different disciplines—mental agility, clear communication, and early aviation—converged to shape how I approach robotics and tech today:
The Math Agility (Abacus & Vedic Maths): Long before I was writing algorithms, my journey with numbers started with Abacus Mind Maths (Grade I, 2018) and evolved into the Vedic Maths Student Course (2021). Training the brain to process mental arithmetic quickly instilled a core comfort with numbers that makes complex flight controller telemetry and hardware calibration feel like second nature today.
The Power of Expression (British Council & Hindi Prachar Sabha): Tech is only as powerful as your ability to communicate it. Diving into multiple consecutive terms of the British Council’s 12-week English Online programmes (2021–2022) helped refine my global communication skills. Paired with early roots in linguistic discipline through the Dakshina Bharat Hindi Prachar Sabha (from winning a handwriting competition in 1st Standard back in 2014 to passing the Hindi Parichaya Exam in 2017), it taught me the structure and precision needed to document code, present ideas, and collaborate across borders.
First Taste of Flight (Aero Modelling): The absolute spark for my current work in nano-drone technology came during Class 8 (2021-22) at Amala Matric, when I joined the Aero Sapiens Aero Modelling Summer Camp. Holding physical models and understanding the basic syntax of wings and aerodynamics was the exact moment abstract science turned into tangible engineering.
Whether it's the structure of a language, the speed of an arithmetic shortcut, or the lift of a model airplane wing—every single childhood hobby was a foundational block for tomorrow's innovation. 🛠️✨
Never underestimate the power of being a multi-faceted learner. Every dot connects!

🌌 From Olympiad roots to sky-high pursuits! 🧠✨
Over the last few days, I’ve been sharing my recent milestones in robotics and nano-drone technology. But today, I wanted to take a look back at where the core blueprint for all this engineering logic actually started—the fundamentals of Math and Science. 📈🧪
Before building frameworks or tuning flight controllers, the obsession with problem-solving was sparked years ago through competitive academic platforms. Looking back at my journey through the Indian Talent Olympiad from Class 8 to Class 10, it's clear how these stepping stones built the endurance and precision I rely on today:
Class 8 (2021-22): Took my first major steps, securing State Rank 176 in the International Maths Olympiad (IMO) and State Rank 177 in the International Science Olympiad (ISO) while at Amala Matriculation.
Class 9 (2022-23): Pushed the limits further at Amalorpavam HSS, climbing up to State Rank 125 in IMO and State Rank 143 in ISO.
Class 10 (2023-24): Capped off the streak by breaking into the top 100 with a State Rank 93 in the International Science Olympiad, earning the "Best Performer" title! 🏅
Every complex algorithm, micro-propulsion system calculation, or hardware calibration is just an extension of the math and science foundations laid down during these school years.
A quiet reminder to myself that major innovations are always built on patient, foundational steps. The journey of learning never stops—it just evolves! 🚀💡

🤖 From foundations to the micro-skies! 🚀✨
Building on everything I’ve shared over the last few days, today’s milestone marks a major step forward in narrowing my focus—quite literally! After mastering the core fundamentals of robotics and broader UAV mechanics, I wanted to dive into the intricate world of miniaturized aviation. 🗺️🛸
That drive led me to my next specialization:
📜 "NANO DRONE TECHNOLOGY" (Sept 2024 - Feb 2025): I have successfully completed an advanced, multi-month certification course with Exor Robotics, supported by AIC-PECF and Startup India!
This program wasn't just about making things fly; it was a deep dive into the tight constraints of nano-scale engineering. From understanding micro-propulsion systems and compact aerodynamics to programming highly responsive flight controllers on a miniature scale, it challenged me to think small to achieve big things. 🛠️📡
Whether designing massive automation frameworks or calibration steps for a tiny nano-UAV, the core principle remains identical: precision, logic, and relentless curiosity.
A massive shoutout to the incredible team and mentors at Exor Robotics PVT LTD and AIC-PECF for the guidance, hands-on insights, and continuous inspiration! Onwards and upwards! 🌟

🛸 Taking my tech journey to the skies! 📈✨
Continuing the momentum from the last two days, today’s milestone represents a massive leap upward—literally! After diving deep into robotics on the ground, I wanted to explore how those same automation and coding principles apply to the air. 🌍✈️
That curiosity led me to the world of aviation technology:
"YOU CAN FLY" (April 2024 - May 2024): I successfully completed an intensive Summer Course on Drone Technology! Supported by MSME, AIC-PECF, and Startup India, this program allowed me to dive into the engineering, physics, and programming that keep modern UAVs (Unmanned Aerial Vehicles) airborne. 🛠️🛸
From designing autonomous wheeled robots to understanding drone mechanics, every challenge has opened my eyes to how interconnected the future of tech really is. Ground or air, the goal remains the same: keep innovating, keep building! 🌟
A massive thank you to the team at You Can Fly, MSME, and AIC-PECF for an incredible summer of hands-on learning and inspiration! 🙏
