The much-awaited **KVS 54th National Sports Meet 2025 โ Skating for Boys & Girls** began with grandeur and gaiety at **KV No.1, JIPMER, Puducherry** on **19th August 2025**. The opening ceremony was a breathtaking spectacle filled with colour, energy, and the unstoppable spirit of youth!
๐ Over **500 young skaters** from **21 KVS regions**, accompanied by **100 escorts**, have gathered for a five-day event celebrating athleticism, sportsmanship, and unity.
We were deeply honoured to welcome **Shri S. Rangabhashiyam**, *Deputy Director (Admin), JIPMER Puducherry*, as the **Chief Guest**, who was greeted with a grand ceremonial welcome and resounding applause. In his **inspiring address**, he emphasized the power of sports in shaping character, resilience, and unity across our diverse nation.
๐ฃ **Shri M. Vellaichamy**, *Assistant Commissioner, KVS RO Chennai Region*, delivered a warm welcome speech, highlighting the significance of the event in fostering friendship, excellence, and shared dreams among the youth.

๐ฎ๐ณ Har Ghar Tiranga Awareness Programme at KV No.1 JIPMER, Puducherry ๐ฎ๐ณ

As part of the Government of Indiaโs โHar Ghar Tirangaโ campaign, a special awareness programme was organized in our school to instill a deep sense of patriotism and pride in the National Flag among the students.
The session was enlightening and inspiring, conducted by officers from the Indian Coast Guard, Puducherry:
