Meet Veena, a young Fashion Management student from NIFT, Bhopal! ✨

Her journey with us actually started back in 2025 at the national AuroYouth camp in Puducherry. She came for the camp but left questioning everything she knew about learning.

Now, a year later, she’s back as an intern at SAFIER! While she’ll be diving into branding, communication, and creative strategy, she’s most excited about what happens beyond the job description.

At SAFIER, growth isn’t just about what you produce. For Veena, this internship is a chance to:

Strengthen the body through physical education

Expand the heart and mind through meaningful work

Nurture the inner self through reflection, service, and conscious living

This is the beauty of integral education, it’s about developing the whole person. 🌿

True education is not merely about acquiring academic knowledge—it is about awakening the deeper possibilities within us.

On the occasion of International Yoga Day, on 19th June 2026, the Yogashala at IIT Palakkad hosted a thought-provoking session on "A Pathway to Personal Growth and Social Resilience." Led by Shivakumar, Director, SAFIER (Sri Aurobindo Society), the session explored how inner growth, self-awareness, and conscious living help build resilient individuals and stronger communities.

Heartfelt thanks to Dr. A. Seshadri Sekhar, Director, IIT Palakkad, and Dr Sujata Priyambada, the main coordinator of the event, and everyone who joined us on this journey of reflection and growth.
