🎯🎯 After a long time, it was a matter of immense joy and fulfillment to participate in an excellent training programme alongside the Thanjavur Divisional Manager. The training, conducted with the active participation of senior life insurance leaders and their respective teams, was undoubtedly a highly enriching experience and a true reservoir of knowledge for everyone who attended.
🏆At the humble request of the organizing committee, the esteemed Thanjavur , Mr. Vishnudev Sir, graciously accepted the invitation and inaugurated the programme with an outstanding and insightful training session. This was followed by a powerful session by the respected team leader Mr. Shaik Dawood, who has successfully built and managed one of the most business-oriented teams in the insurance sector. His session eloquently highlighted how to understand people’s mindset and conduct business with joy, purpose, and clarity🎊🎉
The training also strongly emphasized that consistent hard work remains the only true path to success. In addition, valuable insights were shared on the strategies adopted by leading agents in the field, the evolving expectations of Gen-Z customers, and effective sales approaches tailored to this new generation of clients discribed by me. 🔥🔥
Hosted at a premium, centrally located, air-conditioned auditorium in the heart of complemented by an exceptional lunch arrangement, the presence of successful team leaders and highly dedicated agents striving for excellence from every possible angle made the training venue truly feel like a congregation of achievers.🎁🎁
