Colours are indeed the smiles of nature….. The ' Yellow Day’ celebration was a wonderful fun learning activities which helped children to register the color, sort and classify objects based on colours there by reinforcing cognitive skills.💛

It was a scintillating day with innocent faces gleaming and reflecting brightness, joy, love and happiness. 💛

Learning Outcome: The kids understand the significance of one of the colours 'Yellow' and feel the joy of having a vibrant colour in their immediate environment. 💛🟡💛

Congratulations to the winners of "Thulirum Vingnani" Science Exhibition conducted by NEWS 7 channel at Petit Seminar.
Our school project won first prize in the regional level and got selected for the state level competition.

International Yoga Day was celebrated with great enthusiasm at SRM VIDHYA MANDIR HSS on June 21st. The event aimed to promote the physical and mental well-being of students through various yoga activities. A school-wide yoga session, led by the physical education teacher, was the highlight of the day, where students practiced various asanas and breathing exercises. The day concluded with a group meditation session, fostering a sense of calm and mindfulness.

The first day of school in SRM is filled with a mix of excitement and anticipation. Students arrived eager to begin their new academic year, and teachers greeted them with warm smiles and friendly welcomes.

SRM VIDHYA MANDIR HIGHER SECONDARY School , DHARMAPURI celebrated Graduation Ceremony of Kindergarten students on
Saturday 29th March, 2025.
The programme commenced with the ceremonial lamp lighting by the Respected
Correspondent Mr. M. Anand Lighting of lamp was followed by the welcome address by the senior teacher. She congratulated the little graduates and their parents on this
momentous occasion and appreciated their involvement in their child’s learning.
Our tiny tots looked attractive in their graduation robes and caps.
Then came the most awaited part of the celebration where KG students walked on the stage for their convocation ceremony. Their smiling faces were welcomed by rapturous applause as they received scrolls of merit on the dais.

March 15th world Consumer Day was celebrated by Puducherry Rajiv Gandhi Consumer Association at Rock Beach. Our school student Varshini from grade 9 ,had participated in Essay competition and stood first prize. Congratulations Varshini 💐💐💐

As part of our Women's Day celebration, we orchestrated a series of competitions to unveil the hidden talents among women. Each competition was meticulously crafted to provide a platform for the women to showcase their unique abilities and creativity. It was a celebration of empowerment and inclusivity, encouraging
women to embrace their talents and aspirations without hesitation. Chief guest Mrs. Chitralekha , a former Psychiatric Social Worker cm Tutor in JIPMER hospital and Mrs. Bhavani Ganeshan, Apollo diagnostic were invited and gave their inspirational speeches to women which added a value to the celebration. Not only winners but all those who attended the celebration were given a valid gift to make this special day even more special. Happy women's day to all.....

An awareness program on POCSO was conducted at SRM VIDHYA MANDIR HSS on 26th February 2025. Mrs. CHITRALEKHA , former Psychiatric Social Worker cm Tutor in JIPMER hospital,was invited to educate students about the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, aiming to empower them with knowledge about their rights, identify inappropriate behavior, and encourage reporting of any potential sexual abuse incident. Clear explanation of different forms of abuses including physical contact, non-contact abuse, and online exploitation were given in the session.
A counselling was given to students to reduce their screen time.
