This last week, students from Quinta went on a study trip to a soil and water sustainability research lab, as part of their current Project on their herbal garden. This was an enriching experience, delving into the depths of soil and water science. From uncovering the physical, chemical, and biological properties of soil to unraveling the mysteries of soil nutrients, water tables, and layers. We explored the intricate web of nature's foundation, understanding water contamination and its implications. We appreciate the hands-on learning that cultivates knowledge and nurtures curiosity for all of us.

We, students of Quinta Essentia - Montessori Centre for Study and Work, had an excellent experience at the IMF Indian Montessori National Conference in Bangalore. We enjoyed interacting with the wider Montessori Community and are grateful to all for your contributions towards our Production and Exchange activities, where we sold our home-grown rice and art crafts. We also loved serving our farm tea with herbs from our garden and fresh buttermilk!
We hope that all of you we met at the conference can visit us in Pondicherry soon!

Our Adolescents set up and run the Christmas Celebrations for our schools in Pondicherry this year! We also took the opportunity to set up a stall to sell our products as part of our Production and Exchange program.
