Odd/even formula by delhi government to curb pollution is an welcome step. Surely it is not going to be easy task either to government or to people. But in country like india , "compulsion is an mother of invension". For longer run , it is # have to given upper hand against # comfort.
I think , their are still some loopholes which needed attention in this scenario.
1.decreasing no of cars per day is not be sollution to curb pollution. Because it is not the cars, it is lack of proper maintenance of car is reason for large amount of pollution.
2.cheap availability of diesel → increases the diesel cars → main culprit in perticulate matter (PM ) emission.
3. non availability of metro in all places is one of the main reason for using individual vehicle.
4.what about ultra rich who has both even / odd plate no cars in their home ?? Again money power remain exceptional? ?
Ways forward
----------------
1. Use car free zone like chandigar and gangtok model.
2.tax more on diesel car
3.corporate social responsibility can pay much needed hand in this scenario. By providing transport facilities to all their employees → it reduced no of vehicles used by employees in an organization.
5.strict enforcement of pollution laws and punishment to polluters.
6.link industry license with environment pollution norms. If they violate → cancel the license.
7.poor people on road side burn biomass ( tyre). Check this matter , provide proper awarness about its harmful effect and provide alternative source of energy to them.
8.municipalities should make sure moist organic content in waste is low before burning. Because if the level is high , it is not suitable for generating energy from waste. Again effort will be wasted.
9.make sure metro is available throughout the city .

Any improvement in this pilot project will be seen as big achievement for delhi government. It can be replicated in other big cities in india.

Start up india ; stand up india

Main intention of this campaign is to create an environment where people itself can create an job is the idea behind the project.
Ie : young educated indian , not from traditional business family to take up → entrepreneurship.
Because in india, bank do not encourage young people to take up innovative ideas ( since success ratio is very less at the same time , default rate is high)
So young people and their ideas fall under the mercy of angel investor and venture capitalist.
But situation in india is far different from silicon valley , where many angel investor will be present ( eg - Apple product are helped by Angel investor )
From this background we can understand the importance of this campaign. So what new in this ??
1. It reduce the regulatory procedure to start up for younger minds.
2.it make their innovative ideas into profitable venture by developing many incubation centers.

What this incubation centers do ???
--------------------
1.connect various academic institution like ( IIT, NIT , AIIMS ) to analyse the idea.
2.prepare proper plan to them , identity the ways for profit to them.
3.help in recruiting many right people.
4.help in initial seed funding.
5.by their own example , encourage the banks to fund new start ups.
But still ,
Points need attention are
------------------------
1. Bankruptcy law - which provide easy exit to failed start up.
2. For longer profit for economy , funding needs to be come from market
3.ease of doing business should improve from every aspects of start up.
4.tax incentives should be given to first generation start up.
5. Angel investor funds should not be treated as taxable income.

However , this initiative will help in realising the goals of "making india" & "skill india" .

# → ­ was once "British empire lies on control of sea ".now its is like who ever control the # control global financial sphere.In sociology - locus of decision making ability is called "agency".so now freebasic is the tool by Facebook to get the "agency" spot. which control world data traffic → digital colonialism → exploitation of data , by denying users right to view content as per their wishes.so what government can do instead of freebasic to overcome digital divide in india ??lets look into the issue , mobile pe*******on in our country is comparably high compare to internetpe*******on. But it was not like 5 to 10 years back , where mobile phone is luxury thing. so what made this changes???answer lies in " more competition in telecom sector" , which ultimately leads to reducing the price of mobile. so what government need to do is ? bring down the price of data ( ie: data in affordable price to Indian citizen. )how it can be done ??? by following these steps1. More competition in data sector → price lower2. TRAI - should start to regulate data traffic too , as like mobile network.3. government should make sure enough spectrum available → lower price.4. raise the people income by pursuing higher economic growth →so people have more money → rate will be affordable to them to buy.so instead of going for Freebasic to get digital equality by violating net neutrality and fundamental rights . INDIA should follow democratic methods to find solution for digital divide. Because at any point " benevolent dictatorship is not better than democracy for progress of our country.

As per needs of society , every times new political party will be formed. for example
social party came - when socialism is on rise
liberal pary - liberal principles
Dravidian party - against brahmin and for Dravidian welfare.
BSP , SP in north india came - welfare for schedule caste.
AAP- fight against corruption
so now all over world
" environment concern are high" and environment crime are alarming. more importantly climate change is happening at rapid speed. we people started to see influence of climate change in day to day life ( recent example is Chennai flood ).
so In future their are lot of possibility that , we can expect
GREEN PARTY - party with ecological wisdom .. once
In 1980 Germany green party was in Germany :-p . so I am looking forward in future , similar party's not only in india but also all over the world :-p

It is disheartening to see how # searches for files has been always #. Though we have good history of storing archeological information and very big libraries in our country. I wonder how coal scam files are went missing? Last year. Every year some scams/scandal comes to highlight , Then Why we not learning our lessons ? As supreme court warned CBI as # . Why it is still caged parrot? ? Providing proper political and financial autonomy to CBI , will not not only helps to regain the pride and people trust on our central investigation agency. It also helps to mitigating unnecessary political arguments and irrelevant defamation speaches. Because as a citizens, we neither elected our representatives to fight against each other nor to delay the investigation process.
