WORKSHOP ON "IPR AND IP MANAGEMENT IMPORTANCE FOR START-UPS, AND THE PROCESS/STEPS FOR PATENT FILLING/IPR APPROVAL” held on 08.04.2025
To educate start-ups on the significance of IPR and equip them with practical strategies for protecting innovations through patents, trademarks, and copyrights.
Participants gained clear knowledge of IPR, developed practical skills for patent filing, learned strategic approaches to IP management, and built networks with experts and peers.

The session aims to bridge the gap between innovative ideas and responsible ex*****on by guiding participants through business planning, legal formalities, and ethical practices crucial for long-term success.

Participants gained practical insights into start-up planning, legal frameworks, and ethical standards, along with strategies for idea validation, funding, and compliance empowering them to launch sustainable and responsible businesses

World Creativity and Innovation Day celebration on 21st April 2025

The objective of celebrating World Creativity and Innovation Day was to encourage students to think beyond conventional boundaries and explore innovative solutions to real-world problems. The activity aimed to nurture a creative mindset among students by providing a platform to present and share their original ideas and projects that reflect innovation, sustainability, and problem-solving skills.

Women’s Week from 3rd March to 8th March 2025 at MVIT. The first three days featured MVIT Santhai, showcasing student talents and entrepreneurial initiatives. On 5th and 6th March, we hosted Kalam Kaan, a platform for creativity and expression. On 6th March, we also had an inspiring speech by Ms. Jayantha Sribalakrishnan. The YI Crown event was conducted on 7th March, honoring outstanding women achievers. The celebrations concluded on 8th March with a special Women’s Day program dedicated to our lady faculty members.
