DISHA School hosted the Frank Anthony Debate last week, bringing together sharp young speakers from several schools to argue, engage and exchange ideas on stage. 🎤

Our students presented their arguments with clarity and confidence, reflecting the preparation and effort they put in ahead of the event.

Congratulations to all our winners and participants. Well done to everyone who took part and represented their schools with thoughtfulness and conviction. 👏

The courts were buzzing last week as DISHA hosted the CISCE Regional Badminton Tournament. Quick smashes, sharp footwork, and non-stop cheering from every corner.
It was wonderful to watch our young shuttlers bring their best game forward, playing with real focus, teamwork and grit throughout the day.
A huge well done to every player who gave it their all, your energy made this tournament one to remember. 💙

Last week, DISHA came alive with fast rallies, focused faces and plenty of encouragement from the sidelines. 🎾

Hosting the CISCE Regional Lawn Tennis Tournament was a joy, as young players stepped onto the court with confidence, discipline and a wonderful sporting spirit.

A new academy year begins with a new promise.

As our students and staff stood together to take the oath at the 2026 Investiture Ceremony, there was a shared sense of responsibility, hope and belonging. For our newly appointed student leaders, it marked the beginning of a journey to lead with courage, kindness and example.

May they carry this promise not only in the roles they hold, but in the people they become. 🌱🤝🏼

At Disha, sport is not limited to a period on the timetable. It is a way of life.

In collaboration with Disha Sports High Performance Centre, students experience an environment where movement, discipline, recovery, teamwork and perseverance become part of the everyday.

Not every student may choose to become an athlete, but every student can learn to think like one to show up, stay committed, embrace challenges and keep growing. Because whether in the classroom or on the field, the habits built through sport shape children for life. 🌱

More than matches, the CISCE Games Badminton Zonals at Disha Life School were a reminder of what school sport truly stands for.

On 6th July, young athletes came together with focus, courage, and a spirit of healthy competition. Every rally carried effort, every point reflected discipline, and every candid moment captured the joy of simply being part of the game.
